Job summary

Nemours Children's Health is seeking a Radiographer for our pediatric urgent care clinics in the Orlando area. This full-time role involves working across three locations within a 30-minute radius, with shift hours from 10am to 8pm.

The ideal candidate will hold an Associate's degree in radiologic technology, Florida license, ARRT certification, and BLS. At least one year of pediatric radiology experience is preferred; new grads must obtain Florida license and ARRT within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or completion of an approved Radiology program.
• Florida Radiologic Tech License required; ARRT certification.
• BLS certification required on hire; new grads must obtain Florida license and ARRT within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the clinical environment and provide patient-centered radiology care.
• Observe, triage, and act on patients per protocol; obtain vital signs and labs as needed.
• Perform and/or assist with radiology procedures and deliver x-ray films.
• Coordinate with radiologists for film review and follow-up care.
• Document assessments and actions in patient records; follow physician orders.
• Operate and care for radiology equipment and transport samples as required.
• Work across three urgent care locations within a 30-minute radius; shift 10am–8pm; weekend differential 20%.
