SOAL Home Health Services, LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a licensed Certified Physical Therapy Assistant to join our pediatric team. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver therapy in children's homes and daycares.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from PTA program (required).
• Active Texas PTA license (required).
• Pediatric development knowledge and PT techniques.
• Home health and pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy treatment plans developed by the supervising PT.
• Provide direct therapy services using play-based and functional activities.
• Document and track patient progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to adapt treatment as needed.
• Educate families on home programs to support independence.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.
