Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist or PTA in Richardson, TX to deliver high-quality, 1:1 pediatric therapy. You’ll assess, plan, and execute individualized treatment, partnering with families and care teams to support meaningful progress.

New graduates are welcome; full training and shadowing are provided. We offer competitive pay up to $150,000 annually with guaranteed pay options, flexible schedules, and comprehensive benefits including PTO, 401(k) with company match,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree from an accredited therapy program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapy License required.
• New graduates are welcome to apply; full training & shadowing available.
• Pediatric experience encouraged but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 pediatric physical therapy sessions.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to monitor progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
