Ivy Health is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinic in Connecticut. The clinic will soon open and will provide therapy across physical, occupational, speech, and ABA services with a focus on family involvement and home exercises.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapist in the respective state.

Responsabilités

• Provide outpatient pediatric physical therapy to patients birth to 21.
• Promote family involvement and home exercise plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care.
