Job summary

Child & Adolescent Behavioral Health in Canton, OH is hiring a full-time Psychologist to support children, youth and families in a collaborative, evidence-based environment.

You will supervise non-licensed staff, ensure timely documentation, and participate in leadership councils while delivering assessments and therapy services. The role emphasizes trauma-informed practice and professional growth within Stark County locations.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology and Ohio licensure or eligibility.
• Experience supervising therapists or staff is valuable.
• Ability to meet documentation, confidentiality, ethical and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of Psychology Doctoral Intern Program faculty.
• Provide supervision for non-licensed psychology personnel as needed.
• Ensure supervision documents and clinical records are accurate and complete.
• Completes performance evaluations following agency protocols.
• Promote EBPs and evidence-informed practices across staff.
• Participates on Clinical Supervisors' Team, Leadership Council, and other agency panels.
• Conduct and provide billable services (assessments, individual, family, group therapy; consultation) meeting productivity expectations.
• Other duties as assigned.
