Job summary

Dayton Children's Hospital seeks a compassionate Pediatric Psychologist to join the Integrated Behavioral Health team within Dayton Children's Pediatrics, practicing in a fully integrated primary care setting with pediatricians and other health professionals to deliver timely behavioral health services.

The psychologist will provide same-day consultation, brief assessments, and evidence-based interventions for children and adolescents with developmental, behavioral, emotional, and parenting

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Licensed or license-eligible as a Psychologist in Ohio.
• Experience in pediatric psychology, primary care, or integrated behavioral health preferred.
• Strong collaboration and evidence-based practice commitment.
• Excellent communication with patients, families, and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide same-day consultation and brief assessment for pediatric patients.
• Deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions for children and adolescents.
• Participate in integrated well-child visits and early identification of needs.
• Contribute to program development, quality improvement and education.
