Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health is seeking experienced private duty nurses to care for a single pediatric patient at home. You will provide nursing care, administer medications, monitor condition, and support families in a one-patient-per-shift model with flexible 4- to 12-hour shifts.

We offer on-the-job training, a sign-on bonus ($2,000 for full-time, $1,000 for part-time), weekly pay, and a collaborative, growing team committed to compassionate, high-quality in-home care.

Qualifications

• Active LVN or RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
• Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based electronic medical records system.
