Aveanna Healthcare is recruiting a Registered Nurse (RN) for pediatric home care in the Florida area. The role focuses on night and weekend shifts with a sign-on bonus and flexible full-time/part-time options, delivering dedicated one-on-one care to medically complex children.

You will be part of a team supporting families, managing trach, vent, and G-tube needs, and ensuring safe, compassionate care across shifts. A strong nursing license and pediatric experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Pediatric home care experience preferred.
• Experience with trach, vent, and G-tube care preferred.
• Reliable, compassionate, and able to provide one-on-one care.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric home care to patients.
• Administer medications and manage trach/vent/G-tube needs.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to deliver high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic records.
