Qualifications

• RN license required in the state of practice.
• Current Health Certificate.
• Current PPD or Chest X‑Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year RN experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Utilizes the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Initiates plan of care and revises as patient status changes.
• Implements nursing actions based on diagnosis and goals.
• Responds to changes in patient condition and reports to supervisor.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed and documents outcomes.
• Reviews plan of care and coordinates education and discharge planning.
