Job summary

Primecarehomecare seeks a compassionate Pediatric Skilled Nurse to provide in-home care for children with complex medical needs. Working through the Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP), you will deliver direct care, monitor conditions, and educate families on care techniques.

Qualifications

• Completion of a nursing skills test with an 80% or above.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Georgia nursing license.
• Minimum of one year of pediatric nursing experience (home care experience preferred).
• Experience caring for medically complex clients with feeding tubes, seizure disorders, tracheostomies, and ventilators.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

Hours: 4hr per week

Nurse Skill Level: Low-Level Skilled Nursing

Criteria: Clients requiring basic nursing interventions that involve routine monitoring and assistance. This includes total care and the addition of the following: Oral Medications, Seizure Precautions, Catheters.

Compensation: $30 per hour - LPN; $45 per hour - RN
