Job summary

Home Care Network, Inc. seeks a Private Duty Nurse (PDN) with strong in-home pediatric experience to support a pediatric client in Westerville, OH.

The role offers a 30-hour/week schedule (Mon-Fri) with two morning shifts and a four-hour evening block, plus potential additional cases if desired. The ideal candidate is an LPN with excellent pediatric experience or an RN, licensed in Ohio, with CPR/First Aid readiness.

Qualifications

• Pediatric nursing experience is required, with RN preferred; LPNs with excellent pediatric experience will be considered.
• Current license to practice as an LPN or RN in Ohio is required.
• Active CPR and First Aid certificates are highly desired; recertification may be provided by the agency.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing visits per care plan under RN supervision.
• Communicate changes in client condition to RN Case Manager.
• Documentation in the clinical record with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and professional standards in care delivery.
