Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services in Texas is seeking licensed RNs or LVNs for in-home private duty care for pediatric and general patients. The role requires compassionate care, reliable transportation, and strong clinical skills to support patients in their homes.

You'll collaborate with clinicians and caregivers, provide medication administration, monitor patients, and help with activities of daily living while maintaining comprehensive medical documentation.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LVN license as required by Texas home health roles.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent assessment and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care in patients' homes.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to health team.
• Assist with activities of daily living and offer emotional support.
• Maintain accurate medical records using a web-based EMR.

Schedule

• Full-Time/Part-Time
• Day and Night Shifts Available
• Current Opening:
  • 8-month-old male - Low Acuity - Monday through Friday 5pm-10pm ( No PRNS)
  • 2 year old male - High Acuity- Friday through Sunday 6am-6pm or 8am-5pm - Nights Monday through Sunday 6pm-6am
  • 17 year old female - Low Acuity- Monday through Wednesday Night 7pm-7am

Key Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
• Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based electronic medical records system.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LVN License.
• Current BLS Certification.
