Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited PA program.
• Valid state licensure and certification as a Physician Associate.
• Clinical experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety standards, and ethical practices.
• Compassionate approach to patient care and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient histories, physical examinations, and assessments.
• Diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries under supervision of a physician.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to determine the best course of treatment.
• Develop and implement patient management plans.
• Prescribe medications and other treatments within scope of practice.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
• Document patient encounters accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
