Job summary

Rochester Regional Health's Rochester General Pediatric Associates (RGPA) is seeking a Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive pediatric care in a well-established outpatient practice serving children and families throughout the Rochester community.

This teaching, team-based environment offers mentorship, ongoing learning, and opportunities to participate in well-child, preventive, and chronic disease management while collaborating with pediatric physicians and interdisciplinary colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage pediatric patients across well-child visits, acute illness, preventive care, and chronic disease management.
• Collaborate with pediatric physicians and interdisciplinary team for coordinated, high-quality care.
• Engage in education, mentorship, and professional development within a teaching environment.
• Maintain complete and accurate medical records and documentation.
• Promote outstanding patient and family experiences while supporting quality initiatives.
