Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric physical therapy services to patients from birth to age 21 with individualized plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PT, OT, speech therapy, and ABA to ensure holistic care.
• Engage families in sessions and support home exercise programs for carryover at home.
