Family of Kidz is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist in Yorktown Heights, NY for fee-for-service full-time hours with option for part-time. Compensation ranges from $75-90 per hour, depending on experience and licenses. Start date is 9/3, with hours 8:00 am – 2:00 pm and potential to stay for the next school year.

The role requires a NY state PT license, collaboration with school teams and families, and strong communication. Generous benefits and professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current New York State Physical Therapy License.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
• Administer and write up physical therapy evaluations.
• Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain a schedule with assigned individual families/school personnel.
• Collect data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
