Job summary

Mozaic is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist for services at Keuka Lake School in the Town of Bath. This role involves delivering therapy to children with developmental disabilities, assessing gross motor needs, and implementing individualized therapy plans.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, the Physical Therapist contributes to developing IEPs and collaborates with staff and families. The position offers a structured Monday-Friday schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and a pay range of $60k–$70k annually.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist by NYS Education Department.
• Experience with children having developmental disabilities preferred.
• Pediatric or school-based therapy experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to children with physical and developmental challenges.
• Conduct assessments for gross motor function and create treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers and therapists for coordinated care.
• Train staff on mobility strategies and offers family education.
