Collaborate with the IEP team to implement individualized plans and document outcomes. Requires NM licensure or eligibility, NM PED certification, and at least 6 months of PT experience in the last 5 years.

Qualificações

• Active NM Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• New Mexico PED Certification required.
• Minimum of 6 months PT experience in the last 5 years.

Responsabilidades

• Apply clinical reasoning to evaluate students and develop plans of care.
• Demonstrate age-appropriate clinical competencies and adjust treatment per student needs.
• Follow protocols and revise treatment plans based on progress.
• Document services and student outcomes in accordance with school guidelines.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support IEP goals.
