• Active Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license (Texas).
• Current CPR certification.
• Preferred: 1+ year of pediatric or home health PT experience.
• Experience working with medically complex children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based Physical Therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, reassessments, and develop treatment plans (PT).
• Implement treatment plans under supervision (PTA).
• Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional independence.
• Educate families and caregivers for daily carryover and home exercise programs.
• Coordinate care with physicians and referral partners.
• Document all care and services in an EMR system.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Do

• Provide evidence-based Physical Therapy in the home and community
• Perform evaluations, reassessments, and develop treatment plans (Physical Therapist / PT)
• Implement treatment plans under supervision (Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA)

• Support pediatric patients in developing or regaining physical, neurological, and functional skills
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for daily carryover
• Coordinate care with physicians and referral partners
• Develop and instruct home exercise programs
• Document all care and services in an EMR system
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Required:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license (Texas)
• Current CPR certification

Preferred

• At least 1+ year of pediatric or home health Physical Therapy experience
• Experience working with medically complex children
