Job summary

Family of Kidz in Ulster County, NY seeks a Pediatric Physical Therapist Evaluator (PT) to design and implement therapeutic interventions for children on their caseload. Responsibilities include administering evaluations and maintaining case management communications with lead supervisors and school teams.

The role offers part-time or full-time potential with compensation around $90/hour, with flexibility based on caseload and licensure.

• Administer and write up Physical therapy evaluations.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain schedules with assigned families/school personnel.
• Collect data on IFSP/IEP goals and report progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.

Details about this opportunity:

• Location: Ulster County, NY
• Status: Part-Time, Fee for Service or Full time Potential
• Compensation: $90/hour

**Please note this is a range. Rates are determined by the service provided, professional experience and license/certifications held. In addition the position posted may be either full-time or fee-for-service (FFS), depending on the current caseload which will be discussed during the interview. This arrangement can vary and is subject to change.**
