Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage is seeking Pediatric Physical Therapists for full-time, part-time, and per diem roles in the Pediatric PT Department. Positions offer a $5,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires and relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities include evaluating and planning pediatric PT interventions, delivering direct patient care, and collaborating with physicians and families while adhering to APTA standards.

Qualificações

• Alaska Physical Therapist License required upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required upon hire.
• Experience and credentials in pediatrics.

Description

We are hiring for Pediatric Physical Therapist positions in the Pediatric PT Department at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, Alaska!

Currently available schedules:

1) Full time, 1.0 FTE, Day shift, 40 hours per week

$5,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Relocation Assistance available for eligible hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

2) Part time, 0.6 FTE, Day shift, 24 hours per week

3) Per Diem, 0.01 FTE, Day shift, hours as needed

Assesses, plans and implements pediatric Physical Therapy services in collaboration with physicians, primary partners, and patient/family. Assists in direct patient care. Collaborates with other team members to plan and provide important aspects of care, in compliance with standards and guidelines established by the American Physical Therapy Association.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Physical Therapy Or
• Master's Degree Physical Therapy Or
• D.O. Physical Therapy
• Upon hire: Alaska Physical Therapist License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Experience and credentials in pediatrics.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
