Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric physical therapy services.
• Develop customized plans of care for children from birth to 21 years.
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team with caregivers and other clinicians.

Position Qualifications:
