Job summary

Family of Kidz is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist for a center-based preschool setting (ages 3-5) in Ossining, NY. This fee-for-service and/or full-time opportunity offers weekday hours from 9am to 2pm and a compensation range of $75-$85 per hour depending on experience and licensure.

Responsibilities include designing and delivering therapy, evaluating progress, coordinating with school staff, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current New York State Physical Therapy License.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
• Administer and write up physical therapy evaluations.
• Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain a schedule with assigned individual families/school personnel.
• Collect data on each IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
