• Experience: Outpatient, pediatric rehabilitation, or medical Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, sound clinical judgment, collaborative team approach.
• Schedule: 30 hours per week and participation in meetings, continuing education, and professional development activities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating pediatric patients' functional abilities and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Establishing patient-centered functional goals to guide remediation and prevention.
• Implementing evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Educating families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and progress expectations.
• Collaborating with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintaining timely documentation and supporting department productivity.
