Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapist within the respective state.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric physical therapy sessions for birth to age 21.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Educate and empower families with home exercise programs and progress tracking.
