Job summary

Ivy Rehab for Kids in Indiana is seeking a pediatric physical therapist to join our outpatient team. You will work with children from birth to twenty-one, providing one-to-one care and develop personalized plans of care with caregiver involvement.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

• Provide pediatric PT services and collaborate with OT, SLP, and ABA teams.
• Deliver individualized care plans and mentor patients and families when appropriate.
