Job summary

SportsCare Institute is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist or PTA to join our KidsCare team in West New York, NJ. The role follows a school schedule (9:00 am – 3:00 pm) in a school-based program with an outpatient facility in West New York.

We welcome both experienced and entry-level clinicians. Responsibilities include evaluations, IEP development, direct therapy, progress monitoring, and collaboration with educators and parents.

Qualifications

• Licensed physical therapist or PTA with school-based certification preferred.
• Experience with pediatric evaluations and therapy plans is desirable.
• Ability to document progress and communicate with school staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive PT/PTA evaluations for students referred to KidsCare.
• Develop and implement individualized IEPs for students.
• Provide direct pediatric therapy using evidence-based methods.
• Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulations.

SportsCare Institute is currently seeking a full‑time or part‑time Pediatric Physical Therapist or PTA to join our KidsCare team in West New York, NJ. KidsCare is a school‑based program in Hudson County with an outpatient facility in West New York. Clinicians work on a school schedule and we are accepting applications for both experienced and entry‑level Physical Therapists.
