Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and provide direct therapeutic interventions.
• Develop and implement individualized plans with functional goals.
• Assess, recommend, and support procurement of durable medical equipment (DME) and orthotics.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
