Qualifications

• Current state-issued professional license and CPR certification are required.
• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy is essential.
• Pediatric clinical experience and home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and conduct prescribed physical therapy for pediatric patients.
• Provide clinical treatment, screenings, and counseling for patients and families.
• Coordinate patient care with staff and maintain communication with families.
• Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement programs.
