Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapist in the respective state.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric physical therapy services.
• Develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients (birth to 21).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient goals.
