Achieve Beyond in Suffolk, NY is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our Clinical team. The role involves evaluating and delivering pediatric therapy to children birth through 21 in homes, clinics, and community settings with a flexible schedule to fit your needs.
Candidates must hold a NYS license and have 1–2 years of experience with children (birth to 5) preferred. Multilingual abilities are a plus; the position offers strong supervision, a paperless system, and
Competenze
- Must be NYS licensed to practice physical therapy.
- 1–2 years of experience with children birth to age 5 preferred but not required.
Mansioni
- Provide pediatric therapy services and/or evaluations to children birth to 21 in natural settings.
- Educate families/caregivers on intervention strategies to enable carry-over.
- Work across diverse settings: homes, daycare homes/centers, preschools, clinics, community sites.
- Follow established therapy plans, plan ongoing treatment, and document progress.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain child records with HIPAA-compliant confidentiality.
