MGA Homecare is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to deliver home and community-based therapy for children with diverse needs. You will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment, while educating families and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

New graduates are welcome; mentorship and training are provided. A Texas license, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license are required to join a compassionate, growing pediatric home health team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Texas Physical Therapy License.
• New graduates welcome – mentorship and training provided.
• CPR Certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy for children with genetic, neurological, cognitive, and orthopedic needs in home and community settings.
• Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans to help kids reach their goals.
• Educate and support families, empowering them to take an active role in care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
• Maintain clear and timely documentation.
