Qualifications

• Current Kentucky PT licensure or graduation from an accredited APTA program for Physical Therapy, or current Kentucky PTA certification and graduation from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat children ages 0–21, either as PT or under supervision as a PTA.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
