Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide family-centered physical therapy to children birth to eight.
• Collaborate with primary service providers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Document progress, reports and billing information for funding sources.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with laws and program guidelines.
• Deliver developmentally appropriate interventions and parent coaching.
