Job summary

Premier Pediatric Therapy Source, Inc. is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our clinic-based team in Virginia.

This part-time role offers up to 25 hours per week with flexible after-school scheduling and a warm, collaborative environment dedicated to helping infants through school-age children reach their developmental milestones. You will conduct PT evaluations, create individualized plans, and work closely with OTs, SLPs, and families.

Qualifications

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in Virginia.
• Experience in pediatric, clinic-based therapy.
• Independent and resourceful, yet thrives in a connected team.
• Positive, proactive professional with warmth, creativity, and curiosity.

What You'll Do

• Conduct PT evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide engaging, evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate closely with OTs, SLPs, and families to support children’s physical development and participation in daily routines.
• Document progress with accuracy and intention, ensuring quality care and continuity.
• Contribute to team meetings, share ideas for new programs, and help us continue raising the bar for pediatric therapy services.
