Job summary

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS Pharmacy Degree (ACPE-accredited).
• Active pharmacist licensure with NC Board or must obtain within 6 months.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely medication access for patients; review and verify orders and clarifications with prescribers or nurses.
• Analyze patient data to optimize drug therapy and provide clinical interventions.
• Perform protocol-driven services such as therapeutic dose monitoring and antimicrobial stewardship.
