Description

A nationally recognized academic children’s hospital in southeastern Texas is seeking a NICU Clinical Pharmacist Specialist to provide direct clinical pharmacy services to critically ill neonates in a 100+ bed NICU. This role includes multidisciplinary collaboration, clinical program development, medication-use initiatives, education, and precepting. Primary schedule is Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shifts with an on‑call rotation approximately every 8–9 weeks.

Candidates must have a PharmD and PGY2 residency in Pediatrics. A PGY2 in Critical Care may be considered with current NICU experience providing direct clinical services to critically ill neonates. Texas licensure required prior to start.
