Job summary

Palm Careers is seeking a Board Certified Pediatric Perfusionist for a 4-month locum coverage in Charlotte, NC. Work a Monday–Friday, 40-hour daytime schedule with no call, in a Level 1 Trauma pediatric hospital.

Caseload is 1–2 pump cases per day, with Epic EMR, and a supportive N+1 staffing model including 2 perfusionists, 3 surgeons, and 4 anesthesiologists. Travel logistics and malpractice coverage are provided.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Perfusionist with pediatric CT, VAD and transplant experience.
• Active North Carolina medical license is required.
• Collaborative mindset with world-class surgical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric perfusion support per case needs.
• Operate on Spectrum Medical systems and pediatric CT cases.
• Coordinate with surgeons and anesthesiologists in a Level 1 Trauma setting.
