Job summary

The Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Corporation is seeking an experienced registered nurse to join our pediatric inpatient team at our Boston facility. You will provide hands-on patient care, assess needs, coordinate with the multidisciplinary team, and support families throughout the care journey.

You must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an active Massachusetts RN license. A BSN is preferred, and at least two years of inpatient pediatric experience is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Massachusetts RN license required.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum 2 years inpatient pediatric hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments accurately and timely.
• Develop and implement a plan of care reflecting patient needs and goals.
• Coordinate nursing care with the multidisciplinary team to achieve patient goals.
• Provide patient education and discharge preparation.
• Mentor and supervise other caregivers as needed.
