Northwest Arkansas Pediatrics in Rogers, AR is seeking a PRN PCA/CNA to join our pediatric clinic team. The role includes directing patients to exam rooms, obtaining vital signs, and charting in our EHR. You will assist nurses and physicians, and perform rapid lab tests and hearing/vision screening as needed.

The schedule is Monday–Friday 1:00pm–5:30pm. Responsibilities include maintaining clinic flow, updating insurance and demographics, and supporting procedures as directed by clinicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsabilités

• Take vital signs and direct patients to exam/treatment rooms; prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
• Assist physician with procedures as directed.
• Ensure Meaningful Use requirements are addressed during check-in process.
• Review daily schedules to maintain clinic flow and reflect updates in insurance/patient demographics.
