Job summary

The WVU School of Medicine and the Department of Pathology seek a Pediatric Pathologist to lead our pediatric pathology services at the WVU Medicine Golisano Children’s Hospital in Morgantown, WV. The successful candidate will practice in a subspecialty-based system and collaborate with pediatricians, surgeons, and subspecialists, including teaching faculty and trainees.

Requirements include MD or DO, eligibility for state licensure, completed AP or AP/CP residency and Pediatric Pathology

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and eligibility for state medical license.
• Completed AP or AP/CP residency with a Pediatric Pathology fellowship.
• Board certified or eligible in Pediatric Pathology.

Responsibilities

• Lead pediatric pathology services at WVU Medicine Golisano Children’s Hospital.
• Sign out pediatric surgical specimens and perinatal autopsies.
• Collaborate with pediatricians, surgeons, and subspecialists; engage in teaching and scholarly activities.
