Job summary

Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a Pediatric PACU Registered Nurse in Wilmington, NC. The position supports pediatric post-anesthesia care with nights, 3 twelve-hour shifts (19:00–07:00), and a 13-week assignment.

Required: 2+ years RN experience and NC license or compact license; ACLS, BLS, PALS; experience with PACU, arterial line and pediatric care; charting in PYXIs/EPIC/SBAR; start 09/28/2026 with 1 opening.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2 years in a nursing role; NC licensed or compact license.
• Active RN licensure in NC or Compact Licensure is required.
• Previous Charge Nurse experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide PACU nursing care for pediatric patients.
• Adhere to charting systems (PYXIs, EPIC, SBAR).
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during nights shifts (19:00–07:00).
