Main Buffalo Pediatrics, a division of Medical Health Associates of Western New York, in Buffalo, NY, seeks a compassionate Physician Assistant to join our pediatric team. The role covers infancy through young adulthood with a supportive, team-based environment and integrated care.

Schedule includes 4 weekdays, no evenings or weekend hours currently; on call once a week and every 4-5 weekends. $5,000 sign-on, full-time or part-time options, and collaboration with a full care team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PA program.
• Active New York State PA license.
• National board certification (NCCPA) and current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-based setting.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality care to pediatric and adolescent patients from infancy through young adulthood.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; support preventive care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and medications.
• Order labs, imaging, and therapies as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, behavioral health specialists, and the care team.
• Maintain thorough medical records per NYS standards and NCQA.
