Ellie Mental Health is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to join our Avalon Park, Orlando clinic. You will assess mental health needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and work with a collaborative team to expand access to compassionate care in the community.

The role supports clinicians with a flexible, client-centered approach, including EMDR, DBT, and CBT modalities, while maintaining thorough documentation and meeting productivity targets.

Formación

• Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
• Candidates should have clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT). Registered Interns may also apply.
• Experience with DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Experience in various therapeutic modalities (EMDR, DBT, CBT) and working with diverse populations.
• Full licensure and credentialing with insurance panels is ideal.

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team to further our mission.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals.
• Prepare and submit individual documentation per company guidelines and protocols.
• Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week for full-time status.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
