Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a full-time pediatric physical therapist for a hospital-based outpatient clinic. You will work with a diverse group of pediatric patients and collaborate with families to maximize each child’s potential.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, teamwork with PTs, OTs, and SLPs, and a 65% productivity target, with 2-hour eval blocks and 45-minute treatments, 90 minutes daily for planning and documentation, and a 4/10 schedule with no weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• PT Pediatric experience preferred
• Active TX license or the ability to obtain
• H1-B Visa Sponsorship is NOT available

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric physical therapy in a hospital setting
• Collaborate with families and care teams to support child development
• Deliver patient-centered, 1:1 therapy sessions within established productivity targets
