Qualifications

• Doctoral degree or master's in occupational therapy required.
• BLS certification either on hire or within 30 days.
• Current state OT license PA or NJ, depending on work location.

Responsibilities

• Complete patient evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Administer treatment across multiple locations (in/out patients).
• Supervise COTA daily as needed.
• Document patient information timely and accurately.
• Represent OT in multidisciplinary meetings.

Education
