Job summary

Morrison Healthcare is hiring an Outpatient Pediatric Dietitian to join the team at CHRISTUS Children's Hospital in San Antonio, TX. This full-time, Monday–Friday position offers relocation assistance and focuses on pediatric nutrition across multiple specialty settings.

You will provide Medical Nutrition Therapy in the outpatient pediatric setting and work with a collaborative team to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• RDN (or CDR exam eligible) is required.
• Licensed Dietitian in the state of practice is required or willingness to obtain.
• Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Nutrition Care: perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Education: provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle for patients, families, staff, and community.
• Evidence-Based Practice: align care with latest research and diet manual.
• Quality & Performance Improvement: contribute to QA/QI initiatives and clinical excellence.
• Collaboration & Service Excellence: partner with management to achieve patient satisfaction and service goals.
• Mentorship & Professional Development: support growth of staff and interns.
