Curative is seeking a Pediatric Otolaryngologist in El Paso, TX, to lead a growing service line. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide specialized care in a supportive environment with strong multidisciplinary backup.

You'll have a full-time schedule with 40+ hours per week and flexibility to design your own week. Compensation includes a base salary, sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits package including malpractice coverage and 20 days PTO.

This is a Pediatric Otolaryngology position with a respected children's hospital and established referral network. Practice Overview

• You’ll join a children's hospital-based pediatric ENT program with strong multidisciplinary support (including audiology and speech-language resources)
• Team includes ENT physician coverage plus dedicated coordinator and scheduling support
• Broad pediatric ENT scope: airway, ears, sinuses, voice, neck, aerodigestive tract, and salivary gland conditions
• Procedures/conditions include trach care, neck masses, tonsillitis/sinusitis, hearing loss/ear infections, and complex airway disorders

Schedule

• Full-time expectation of 40+ hours/week with a balanced template: 2 clinic days, 2 OR days, and 1 administrative day, plus rounding
• You’ll have flexibility to build your week around patient and hospital needs
• High demand clinic environment with the potential for strong volume (up to 36 patients/day)
• Call 1 week per month

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary set at fair market value
• Sign-on bonus: $15,000 plus relocation assistance up to $15,000
• RVU/production incentives
• Occurrence-based malpractice, 20 days PTO, CME: 5 days + $5,000, retirement match up to 4%, and medical/dental/vision + disability coverage

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology with fellowship training in Pediatric Otolaryngology
• Fellows considered; stipend support available while in fellowship
• Comfort managing both medical and surgical pediatric ENT, including airway and tracheostomy-related care
• Visa sponsorship supported
