RWJBarnabas Health and Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School seek Pediatric Otolaryngologists – Head and Neck Surgeons to join our Southern New Jersey practice. This role offers mentorship, collaboration with surgeons, advance practice providers, and audiologists across our southern hospitals.

Qualified candidates are BE/BC in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, NJ licensed or eligible, and fellowship trained in pediatric otolaryngology.

This is a great opportunity for ambitious outstanding physicians to join a superb team of surgeons, advanced practice providers and audiologists who serve the organization’s southern most hospitals. This unique role promotes mentorship and career growth potential by offering the opportunity to work as partners with other Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery faculty of the Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.

Current opportunities are available in the following locations:

• New Brunswick, NJ
• Eatontown, NJ
• Long Branch, NJ

Qualifications:

• Qualified candidates must be BE/BC by the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery
• NJ licensed or eligible for licensure
• Seeking fellowship trained pediatric otolaryngologists

We offer extremely competitive compensation plus robust benefits package including:

• Eligible for Federal Loan Repayment programs
• Current trainees can earn up to $24,000 with the resident-fellowship stipend program if they choose to join RWJBH during the final year of training
