Job summary

Vanderbilt Health in Nashville is seeking an experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient therapy team at One Hundred Oaks. The role provides evaluation and treatment services for children with developmental, sensory, neuromuscular, and upper extremity conditions in a collaborative pediatric environment.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee OT license or eligibility
• Minimum one year post-licensure pediatric OT experience
• Experience evaluating pediatric patients with developmental, sensory, neuromuscular, and/or upper extremity conditions

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pediatric OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve functional participation and independence.
• Educate families and caregivers on home programs, adaptive strategies, and therapeutic activities.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, educators, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
